bNovate appoints new CEO Serge Gander to drive business growth and market expansion

bNovate Technologies SA is pleased to announce the appointment of Serge Gander as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1, 2024. Simon Kuenzi, co-founder and former CEO, will remain an integral part of the company during the transition, ensuring a seamless handover while continuing as an active member of the Board of Directors. In leading bNovate, Serge will collaborate closely with Simon towards a prosperous future for bNovate.

Serge Gander, a seasoned entrepreneur, brings three decades of global experience to the company. Until 2022, he served as CEO of CleanGreens Solutions SA, spearheading the company's industrial development and successful international expansion. His strategic leadership played a pivotal role in establishing CleanGreens Solutions as a leader in the Agri-Tech industry.

 

Serge will bring a wealth of experience to bNovate, which is already well established in Europe, growing rapidly, and has secured a CHF 12 million Series C investment round in June 2023. This includes guiding the organisation’s international expansion and developing subsidiaries around the world. With his proven track record in innovation and growth strategy, operational management and market development, particularly in key Asian, Middle East, European and North American markets, Serge is well-poised to lead bNovate into its next phase.
