As the Channel Sales Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between channels and the company. You will collaborate with various teams, support channel partners during customer meetings and trade shows, identify key customers, and develop loyalty programs.
Encouraging knowledge exchange and assessing channel performance will be key responsibilities, along with expanding our market reach by securing new partners in untapped countries.

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Support marketing activities, including campaigns, social media, and events, specific to dedicated countries.


  • Scouting for potential partners and prospects through platforms such as LinkedIn, industry fairs, and other relevant sources.

  • Building a comprehensive list of references and brand ambassadors in key regions.

Business Development

  • Staying informed about market potential, regulations, competition, and market-specific dynamics.

  • Developing relationships with new markets to expand our reach and presence.

  • Driving revenue growth through channel partners in a predictable, reliable, and impactful manner.

  • Signing contracts with new partners and ensuring their commitment to our engagement.

  • Creating, managing, and maintaining a strong structure of channel partners.

  • Defining sales roadmaps for partners/countries, with a focus on potential generalization.

Sales Execution

  • Transferring marketing leads to partners for effective follow-up and conversion.

  • Supporting partners in utilizing a value-based selling approach and guiding them through the lead and opportunity process.

  • Understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.

  • Support leads qualification and conversion through sales qualification processes.

  • Support the development of solutions based on customer requirements.

  • Support the negotiation and review of contracts.

  • Creating and delivering sales presentations, including demos, to partners and clients.

  • Providing pricing information and quotations to partners, adhering to pricing and discount guidelines.

Competitive Analysis

  • Researching and monitoring competition, including analyzing product/market fit.

Product Development

  • Collecting feedback from partners and clients regarding product/market fit.

  • Assessing market needs and proposing product or feature ideas accordingly.

Sales Process and Tools

  • Documenting all prospect and customer interactions in the SalesForce/CRM system.

  • Collaborating with team members via the SalesForce/CRM platform to share leads, company information, opportunities, competition analysis, and product feedback.

  • Optimizing and implementing improvements to sales processes.

Sales Process and Sales Excellence

  • Ensuring accurate pipeline management by documenting all leads, opportunities, and activities in the SalesForce/CRM system.

  • Participating in monthly sales meetings and providing relevant insights.

  • Organizing monthly calls and visiting partners at least once per year.

  • Formulating personal MBO (Management by Objectives) proposals based on management indications.

  • Defining quarterly OKR (Objectives and Key Results) aligned with company and department objectives.

  • Conducting regular visits to customers to strengthen relationships.

Partners Management

  • Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with partners, supporting their sales growth.

  • Setting sales targets and forecasts in collaboration with partners while closely monitoring the market potential of their respective countries.

  • Managing and assisting existing partners to support them achieve their goals.

  • Ensuring partners have the necessary resources to sell efficiently.

  • Motivating partners to prioritize our product and maintain focus.

  • Understanding partners' challenges and finding solutions to overcome obstacles.

  • Identifying and engaging the right partners in countries where we aim to open or expand operations.

Work Location

  • The candidate must be located within Europe, with easy access to an international airport.

  • Full remote or Hybrid working opportunity

  • Regular stays at bNovate locations in Zürich and Lausanne, Switzerland, may be necessary.

Language Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will speak and write fluent business-level English and, ideally, at least one additional language our clients use

Travel Requirements

  • Frequent travel to visit partners and customers’ operational sites and Head Quarters. Attend Industry conferences or exhibitions


  • Base + Variable on achieving sales and other targets

First, BactoSense, introduced in 2017, is an industrial flow cytometer that enables online water monitoring, providing a comprehensive bacterial analysis within 20 minutes. We are currently seeking a Channel Sales Manager to establish strong partnerships with channel partners for effective distribution of our products, achieve sales targets, and collaborate on market evaluations and strategic marketing activities.
